Pork loin steaks 4 x 7-8oz
60ml maple syrup or good quality local Honey
30ml groundnut oil
Whole grain mustard
40 ml double cream
Place pork loin chops on top of mustard mash and spoon after juices from roasting dish on top.
You can also use BBQ sauce along with this dish or add orange juice to the maranide.
