Ingredients
1 tbsp Crushed white peppercorns
1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns
splash of olive oil
55g unsalted butter
2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
25 ml brandy
90 ml beef stock
2 tbsp soft green peppercorns
1/2 tbsp English mustard
60 ml double cream
Seasoning
You can also serve the steaks without the sauce and make a compound butter and healthy oven chips.
