A rich, ripe, blackcurrant & cassus fruit cabernet sauvigon with smoky and peppery hints. Ripe tannins and a savoury coffee note – and a delicate hint of oak. Sourced from Languedoc, France. Paired perfectly with red meat, especially one of our home reared galloway fillet steaks.
The name is inspired by the owners morning jog, where he discovered the beauty of the Belted Galloways in a field nearby Ilkley Monastery, where he seen the beauty of the breed.
