Made from rich sheep’s milk, it features a distinctive nutty taste and a subtle tang on the finish. With its iconic herringbone rind and deep golden colour, this classic Spanish cheese is perfect for cheese boards, tapas, or pairing with olives, cured meats, and a glass of red wine.
